I love garlic so this was an easy make for me. The only change I made was to mince the garlic before cooking it and to use some seasoning salt instead of regular salt. I had to use broth instead of wine but think it would be good with wine as well.
Very good recipe. I made with thin cut bs ck breast, grilled, then hand shredded. I used a Fume' blanc wine which made the sauce a little too sweet, so opted to add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of parmesan to the sauce. While I loved it, there were mixed reviews in the house; but, all enjoyed it. Bird LOVED the ricotta and wanted more of it in the mixture, while I felt it perfect blend. Thanks for posting. ~Buddha
