This was fabulous, and so easy, too! I made it exactly as posted, except I did not add the pine nuts. Wonderful, creamy texture. With so many strong-flavored ingredients, I didn't know what to expect, but it blended together deliciously! Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.

I made Kittencal's Perfect Pesto for this recipe and used your suggested chicken and cheese ravioli. I added chicken breasts which I cut into bite sized pieces and pan-fried before adding the sauce ingredients. The sauce is delicious and I greatly appreciate you posting this recipe. Very creative and the flavor is fantastic. Thank you for posting your creation!

Wonderful! We loved this dish. I used a 4-cheese ravioli (parmesan, romano, ricotta, and mozzarella), used a prepared basil pesto, smoked gouda, but other than that I made it as directed including the pinenuts. The pinenuts were a wonderful addition to this - we loved the occasional 'crunch' that you don't often get in a traditional pasta dish. I may have overdone the crushed red peppers, lol. We love spicy, so I probably added a bit more. Thank goodness that I served this with a Caesar salad and a warm garlic bread. It was a fabulous meal. Thanks so much Alskann. Made for ZWT4.

Absolutely gorgeous what a wonderful combination of flavours. My hubby came out of the office to ask what the wonderful smell was. Then when my son got in from footy he said "Is this a review?" "Wow" "Defintely 5 Stars mum" I bought fresh ravioli just preference and also used gruyere cheese instead of gouda as this is what I had on hand, apart from that made as stated. It will be frequenting our table often and I absolutely love how quick and easy this was to make with such a wonderful flavour. Thanks Alskann

A lovely creamy baked pasta, with lots of flavour, we very much enjoyed this. I used tortellini since that was what I had in the freezer, but this would be an excellent sauce with any pasta, even using penne or similar. Since we eat a lot of italian meals, all the ingredients were on hand, so it was quickly prepared on a cold Saturday night when we'd been out all day. Served with fresh crusty bread, a perfect supper! Thanks for a lovely recipe!
