***This review includes modifications to the technique that may alter the flavor and appearance** This was an excellent grilled chicken. I actually prepared it in reverse. I baked it at 375 degrees on speed bake until the temp reached 145 degrees, added the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes, then grilled it until it was finished. I brought the marinade to a boil and served it on the side. As a sauce, the marinade was a bit too sweet for our liking so next time we will reduce the sugar. Very, very tasty!
