Salad

- 28.34-56.69 g prosciutto, 1 cup diced (cooked till crisp)
- 56.69 g sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced
- 113.39 g provolone cheese, diced small (sharp aged 7 months)

Green Dressing
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 4.92 ml Grey Poupon mustard, coarse ground
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 236.59 ml scallion (1 cup chopped)
- 118.29 ml basil leaves
- 118.29 ml fresh parsley leaves
- 118.29 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml white vinegar
directions
- Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl.
- Place all dressing ingredients in a blander and blend till smooth.
- Pour over salad and toss till will coated.
- Chill till ready to use.
