Very good grilled mushroom, Bergy's photo sold me on them, had to try them, love the flavours and so easy to put together and grill, thanks for posting.

I thought these were really delicious! I cooked them in a grill pan on the stove top. I used a mix of oyster and shiitakes and they turned out really nice. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4.

I am a mushroom lover so it is really hard to go wrong with mushrooms for me. These were very good and I could have eaten a bunch more. I did mine on my Foreman grill and it worked great. Made for ZWT4.

Quite delicious, I cooked them a little longer under the broiler (to my taste) & would have liked them a tad more if a little saltier, that was me trying to be careful, silly me! Perfect in a pinch appetizer when your honey comes home starving & you haven't made diner yet! Didn't have parsley on hand (don't much care for it) so I substituted oregano. Nice flavor! Maybe I'll try cilantro next time for a different finish ~ will keep this recipe!

These are so addictive! They didn't have crimini so I used regular mushrooms. I didn't cut them but popped off the stems. I also cooked them in my George Foreman grill. Very flavorful!! I will definitely be making these again very soon. Made for Spring PAC '08
