When in Mexico we have a difficult time finding good italian sausage, so we've learned to make our own. This recipe comes from my Cruising Cuisine cookbook.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Chill before using.
I made them spicy but them it was not enough for out taste. So next time I'll use more red pepper flakes, maybe 1/2 tsp more. I omitted the salt. It's more cheaper to do than buy italian sausages. I used it in Italian Stir-Fry. Thanks Galley Wench :) Made for Bargain Basement tag game
