This was the hit of my daughter's slumber party last week. The kids had a terrific time putting it all together at the beginning of the evening, and we baked the sandwiches after only 1 hour of fridge time. We don't mix meat and cheese for religious reasons, so we just used more meat and lots of pizza sauce. The olives were a great touch.

These were great but they were not what I expected when I read "calzone". I find these more of a sandwich than a calzone, but hey either way it was great. I made three mini loaves using recipe#4957. We ate one right after making them and i put the other two in the freezer. Last week, I pulled one out for DH and he said they were just as good as the first time. This is a great addition to the OAMC collection!

Well, the time has come for me to change my users' name. After being, "OzCoMartha" because of having lived for three years in Australia and then moving to Colorado, I have decided to "turn over a new leaf." I chose this name because many moons ago I used to be able to "chirp" like a cricket and the "silent" refers to the present time when I'm taking a break...But, perhaps after a season, however long I decide that needs to be, I may be back and then I will fill in more details about myself...
