  • 4 -6 cups cooked pasta, of choice al dente (I recommend shells)
  • 15 -20 meatballs (recipe included)
  • 12 lb graded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 -2 cup alfredo sauce (I recommend plain Alfredo sauce)
  • 2 -3 cups marinara sauce (I recommend Burgundy Wine Sauce)
  • 14 cup dried parsley (to garnish) (optional)
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese (to garnish)

directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° (can be cooked in the microwave).
  • Spray Large Casserole dish with non stick spray.
  • Add cooked pasta and ¾ graded mozzarella cheese.
  • Add Alfredo sauce a little at a time until creamy, and smooth into dish.
  • In another dish add meatballs and marinara sauce.
  • Cook both until bubbly. (Cheese will be slightly brown).
  • Top pasta with meatball mixture and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
