- Combine onion, parsley, egg, ketchup, garlic (minced), and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add cheese and crumbs, and combine.
- Using your hands, add the meat and gently combine the meat with the above mixture.
- Shape the meat into 1 1/2 in balls (you should end up with 16 meatballs.
- Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
