What a wonderful and great way to prepare chicken! We just loved it! I used egg whites and water to moisten the chicken, which worked great, the chicken was moist and so flavorful! Thanks Vicki! Made for Every Day is a Holiday Tag

Very good and so simple to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written and we too thought it was a bit salty. It smelled great cooking and tasted just as good. I cooked this on the grill. We all enjoyed this.

I made this and had Lemon Rice Pilaf with it. The chicken was moist and so delicious that my family gobbled it up in no time. I got five stars from all around the table on this one, so I am adding it to our meal plan. The kids want it again soon, so it's a winner!

I'm always looking for a little variety so this was great (and simple). I pounded the chicken flat--just personal preference-- & paired it with Ranch Potatoes #251727 & Alternative to Waldorf Salad-Hold the Mayo #390626. I always do at least two oven items together. Hubby complimented the chef(s)!

YUMMY! And so easy! I had 4 chicken breasts ready to cook but no idea what to do with them. Found this recipe and whipped it up real quick and it came out fantastic! I used a metal pan and put a rack in it cause I hate it when the bottom sides of chicken get soggy. Was a little salty, but I loved it. Def a keeper for those 'fast dinner' nights. thanks!

I omitted the garlic powder but other than that followed the recipe. I love the taste. Maybe a bit too salty but I like it. Thanks Vicki. Made for Zaar Star Game

Quick, easy to prepare and very yummy! Chicken was very tender, the cheese burnt a little but it didn't take away from the flavour. Thank you Vicki in CT

Although I know I bought a pkt of italian dressing mix, I couldnt find it. I marinated the chicken in italian salad dressing for about 10 min, and the put chicken in pan. I sprinkled garlic and parmesan on top. After it baked, I added more parm, mozzarella and chopped tomatoes on top. My super picky 2 yr old was the first one finished with this! It was so good. Moist and juicy. Will make again.

This is a delicious way to prepare chicken breasts. They came out very flavorful and moist. This was very simple, too, which is always a plus. Thanks for sharing.

*Reviewed during Zaar World Tour 4* This chicken was very quick and easy to make. The chicken pieces were lovely and tender. My cheese didn't melt as I had expected it would...but it browned up beautifully and had a wonderful flavour. Perhaps if I had used larger breast pieces and left in the oven slightly longer the cheese may have melted more. Great recipe. Photo also being posted

This was very quick and easy to make and the chicken came out very tender. However, we found the flavors of the coating to be very overpowering. I think this could be easily remedied by just sprinkling less of the coating on top and patting it down rather than coating the whole breast. Made for ZWT4.

This was great and so quick to make! I used a fresh parmesan so some tended to melt from the bottom during cooking but that was great ladled back over the top. Chicken was super moist and had a lot of flavor for something with so few ingredients.

Made for ZWT4 ...This was great. I made chicken tenders instead of the whole chicken breast. I adjusted the cooking time. We had these for lunch then had leftovers over salad for dinner. Everyone loved it.

Excellent flavor but I did fry these in a small amount of olive oil instead of baking. They came out soooo tender. Delicious! Thanks, will make again.

Wow - was this quick and easy, and incredibly delicious!!! This is the perfect weekday meal because it is so easy to throw together and can be served with a variety of easy side dishes. I served this with a Parmesan Spinach Salad and, in under 30 minutes, we had a lovely and healthy meal! And the flavor of this chicken is spectaculor - I have never made Parmesan Chicken before, and could not believe how much flavor it added to the chicken. Even my husband, who is not a big chicken fan, loved this chicken, and commented several times on how yummy this was. I made some very small changes - I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs, and added some red pepper flakes to the coating mix, for some added zing, but otherwise made it exactly, as directed. This is going to be a tried and true staple in my house -one of the easiest and best ways to make chicken! :-)
