- 3 lbs ricotta cheese
- 18 eggs (6 whole and 12 yolks)
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pint cream
- 2 pie crusts
directions
- Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream. Add Ricotta and beat 2 minute Pour into pie crust bake 350 1 ½ hours makes 2 10” pies.
