- 709.77 ml grape tomatoes, chopped
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 118.29 ml romano cheese, freshly grated
- 14.79 ml fresh basil, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 709.77 ml penne rigate, cooked and drained
directions
- Mix tomatoes, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan, 1/4 cup of the Romano, basil, garlic and oil.
- Add to hot pasta in large bowl; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Enjoy!
