I made this a long time ago and compleatly forgot to review it. I'm so sorry. This was very very good. I made it twice and it was a big hit. I left out the veggies and the red pepper. I made this for Super Bowl Sunday and boy was it a hit! Everyone loved it. Followed your recipe exactly. Instead of crackers, I served it with large cut croutons. I stuck toothpicks in the croutons and that made it easy to dunk them into the dip. I will be making this recipe again because it is going into my keeper file!
