Pistachio Chocolate Biscotti

  • In a large bowl, put the brownies mix and pistachios. Add eggs and milk and with a wooden spoon, mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour in a pan of 8 inch each side with greased aluminium foil (Let exceed a little bit of aluminium foil on 2 sides of the pan).
  • Cook in a preheated oven of 350 F for about 40 minutes or until the center of the cake is ferm when touching it. Let cool about 10 minutes. Unfold.
  • With a serrated knife, cut 12 long slices of 2/3 inch thickness. Put the slices on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Cook in a preheated oven of 350 F from 20 to 25 minutes. Flip the biscottis one time. Let cool completely. Keep in an hermetic container.

  1. The title of this recipe really grabbed me, what with the nuts, my being a chocoholic AND absolutely loving biscotti! This one was quite a bit different for me in the preparation (& easy, too!), but the final result was what counted, & WE REALLY ENJOYED THE TASTE OF THESE LITTLE GOODIES, & the recipe will certainly be made again & again!
