I have made this for many years much the same as this recipe with pork, veal and lamb. All three are delicious. Only difference I use seasoned Italian bread crumbs and then no need for the Italian seasoning. Great recipe and easy to make.

Like you we do not care for veal. Very tender tasty and easy to make. I did use butter and not oil. That was the only thing I did different. My Daughter and Brother..(and Myself) ate thsi up like crazy. This is a really great recipe. Thank You for posting. Hugs

Easy comfort-dinner for a busy (or lazy) night. I used the leftover pork in sandwiches the next day, and everyone was happy.
