I got this recipe from a local supermarket and it has become a family favorite in our household. It is quick and easy, but it turns out beautiful and it looks like you spent more time preparing it. You can also substitute other vegetables if you don't care for artichokes, but I love them in this dish.

I was on the fence about this recipe but then I talked to my roommate (who helped eat the leftovers) and made my decision. I used Chicken Cooked in Foil as a method for cooking the chicken with Monterey Steak seasoning. I think doing this added a bit of flavor. I also added 2 more garlic cloves and used artichoke bottoms instead of hearts. This is a tasty dish and we enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing, Sommer! **Made for Think Pink**

Super quick & easy recipe! I used Prego Traditional flavor because I had a Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo. I was using up 6oz of artichokes leftover from another recipe but I really liked them in this dish so I would definitely use the full 12 oz next time. While not a knock-our-socks off dish, it's very good. I think it just needs some extra spices to suit my family's taste. The big surprise with this recipe was my toddler DD ate a half a chicken breast all by herself, which is unheard of. Then she ate 3 helpings of pasta with the sauce on it (usually we have to rinse it off!), so that alone makes this recipe worthy of a repeat. Thanks for sharing, Sommer! Made & enjoyed for October 2009 Think Pink event.

Great pasta dish! I used some homemade marinara sauce, but otherwise made this as directed. Very simple and tasty. The artichokes were really great in this dish. Thanks Sommer_K. Made for Think Pink tag for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
