This simple recipe is very easy on the pocketbook! I used 4 ounces of jumbo shells (13-15 shells) instead of manicotti. Then I individually quick froze the filled shells and put them into a freezer bag to be used later in a quick-to-assemble dish. Thanks!

This was a great recipe for a meal in a hurry. The texture of the filling reminded me of something with cream cheese in it...mmm. I followed the recipe exactly, and I didn't think the mayo added a wierd taste at all. I do think I will use Italian sausage instead of ground beef next time as the filling was a little mild for our tastes, but I WILL make it again! Thanks.

The mayo adds a funky flavor. This is probably a midwestern recipe because the tastebuds are a bit more mellow over there. It was okay, but is in the "tried it, but won't try again" list.

Great easy recipe! I sauteed onions with my ground beef, too, which was a great addition. I used 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup ricotta since that is what I had in the fridge. I also topped it with mozzarella instead of parmesan. Even my picky toddler enjoyed it! Thanks.

Easy easy recipe. I made this for Freezer Tag 2008 for the OAMC/Budget Forum. I cheated and didn't even cook these before I stuffed them which made it way easier! I used a little more sauce to make sure it was well covered, then put it together and put it directly in the freezer along with a lasagna I made with the same mix - also uncooked lasagna noodles. To cook, I thawed and put into the oven and cooked as directed. This worked out great for an OAMC recipe and I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks!

A fast and tasty recipe. Our family likes dishes a bit spicier, so Italian sausage was substituted for the ground beef, and the salt was omitted. It's nice to make recipes calling for ingredients already on hand. Thanks, Nicole.

My husband loved this recipe! It was so easy, quick, and affordable. The only thing I did was change the ground beef to ground turkey and use fat free mayo and lowfat cottage cheese. We shared the recipe with a friend, and they loved it too! Thanks so much! Husband says thanks as well!

Loved this recipe, great flavor, easy preparation, and my family practically swallowed it whole. I've never heard of using mayo in a manicotti, but it turned out great. I will make this again!!

Pretty good but the mayo gives it an odd aftertaste. Very quick though!!!

Very good and easy. I actually got distracted and forgot to add the mozzarella to the filling, and didn\'t realize it until I was putting the pan in the oven. No worries, I just added the mozzarella to the parmesean on top of the manicotti, which worked out just fine. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole...great taste. I did make some alterations. I had filling left so I mixed it with the tomato sauce, added about a cup of water since I didn't cook the manicotti shells. Also baked covered for 1 hour. Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed these. Its a keeper...thanks
