What a quick, easy and VERY flavorful pasta dish! I followed your instructions exactly using Romano for the cheese (one of our favorite cheeses). I had all the ingredients on hand (even the pepperoni from my left-over meat and cheese tray). :-) This is definitely a dish I will make over and over again. Thanks you so much, Barb T, this is a "keeper"!!!

Yum! I used shitaki and mini bella mushrooms. Next time I'll add just a bit more basil. :)

So fast, easy and terrific! DH wants it on the keeper list and thats fine with me! I didn't have any fresh basil on hand so I used about 1/2 to 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning and 1 tbls water at the end of sauteing. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
