      What a quick, easy and VERY flavorful pasta dish! I followed your instructions exactly using Romano for the cheese (one of our favorite cheeses). I had all the ingredients on hand (even the pepperoni from my left-over meat and cheese tray). :-) This is definitely a dish I will make over and over again. Thanks you so much, Barb T, this is a "keeper"!!!

      Yum! I used shitaki and mini bella mushrooms. Next time I'll add just a bit more basil. :)

      So fast, easy and terrific! DH wants it on the keeper list and thats fine with me! I didn't have any fresh basil on hand so I used about 1/2 to 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning and 1 tbls water at the end of sauteing. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

      WOW, totally awesome!! Not only fast to make but so delicious! Only problem is there wasn't enough for seconds. I will definitely keep this recipe and double it. Oh it is so good! Thanks Iron Bloomers
