Really good! I will definitely make this again. The flavors were great, and the bacon really added a nice touch.

We liked this alot! This was very much a jambalaya-type dish without the peppers and celery. If you like jambalaya you will love this! I only had 1 bottle of clam juice so I substitued 1 cup of chicken broth. I loved the bacon, but hubby thought it was unnecessary.

Made this on Valentine's Day for myself and my fiance, and it was a huge success. We are still talking about how delicious it was! It was just as good as any we've ever tried in a restaurant and far better than a very bland version I had attempted earlier in the year that I found on the back of a bottle of white cooking wine. I think that the bacon is key to the wonderful flavor. I found this recipe to be pretty straightforward and not too difficult to make. Looking forward to having it again soon!!

This was really good and I like the addition of bacon (which was not in the original recipe). However, instead of gremolata, I opted to just add chopped parsley and I think that was sufficient.
