"This is based on a recipe from Bodo A. Schieren's cookbook, Spaghetti. I use store-bought fresh pasta since I don't yet have a pasta machine. I give this five stars."

  1. I didn't make the pasta this time but will next time. This is a very delicious recipe for quick meal. I loved the four cheeses.

  2. Made for Photo Tag. I loved the different flavours of cheese and the white wine really kicked it up a level.I do think I would like some minced garlic in here next time. I used fettucinie...I hope you don't mind.
