      Tear or coarsely chop spinach.

      In pan, cook garlic and onion in 1/2 of butter until golden.

      Add spinach, cover and cook until wilted.
    4. 4
      Meanwhile, cook fettucine.
    5. 5
      Drain and mix with remaining butter.
    6. 6
      Toss with cream, cheese and spinach.
    7. 7
      Season with lots of pepper and some salt.

      Really good and easy, definitely will make again, it's really hard to find a good sauce for this dish. The only thing I did was only add 2 Tbls to the pasta and added a little extra spinach. Also I grilled some chicken seasoned with seasoning salt, garlic powder, italien seasoning and a small dash and white wine and a tiny bit of terriyaki. Went really nice together.

      Oh my God! I fixed this dish in 20-30 minutes. It's very flavorful--be mindful if you're on a diet--this dinner is carb-heavy, but delicioso all the same! I added a little extra spinach to my dish and added pre-cooked fajita chicken to top it all off! So good.
