This was a great dinner and as you stated very easy to make. I really like this because I'm on my own now and don't need to go through all the fuss and muss of a layered lasagna and tons of left overs. I made 4 rolls(2 lunches and 2 dinners) For the sauce I used "Nif's 1 Ww Pt. Spaghetti Sauce" # 397795, I served with garlic bread and salad. It was really enjoyed thank for posting.

This recipe was incredible!! I used fresh spinach, and alfredo sauce instead of frozen spinach and spaghetti sauce, but otherwise followed the directions to a tee! My fiancee's son did not like it whatsoever, but everyone else LOVED it!! Thanks so much for this great recipe! I think I am going to add some grilled chicken to the mix next time, as I think it would be fabulous that way as well!

Jimmie made this quick and easy dinner last night with plenty of leftovers - always better the 2nd time - he did add some fresh garlic and we used fresh spinach as it so readily available - it was quick easy and tasted awesome - and he did add the nutmeg and I loved it!! made for Veggie Swap Lucky13

I've made these twice now, and haven't wanted to make a "real" lasagna since. :) This is easier to assemble and to serve! The second time I added sausage (1/2 lb)... browned it, let it cool a bit, then mixed it with the cheeses and spinach. I left out the nutmeg both times, adding some Italian spice mix. Yum!

Review my Recipe 2008 ~ I usually make plain lasagna rolls and never really added spinach to them so this was a nice addition. I used freshly ground nutmeg and my homemade pasta meat sauce. (DH has to have meat of some kind at dinner...he said he didn't work his way up the food chain to be a vegetarian!...no offense to all you veggies out there!) I also laid the rolls down in lieu of standing them up...just my preference. Thanks LisG.

I think the nutmeg just wasn't our thing... Next time I make these, I'll leave it out and put in hot pepper flakes or garlic instead, as I thought the filling was a bit bland. Although, the recipe directions were quite easy to follow, which I appreciated since I have never made lasagne rolls before.
