A quick and easy lunch for me using little bits of things that were in the refrigerator which included a couple of kalamata olives left over from the tour to Greece. I added a sprinkle of parmesan and mozzarella to go along with the sundried tomato and basil goat cheese that I had on hand! Quick easy and delicious! ZWT4 family picks.

Simple flavors of summertime! Instead of bread, I used pita rounds cut into wedges. I also added just a couple of minced red bell peppers. I think the directions make these seem much more complicated than they really are... I felt they were pretty easy and whipped them up as an appetizer to my lunch today. Made for ZWT4.

Delicious, easy and quick little bruschetta's. We love goats cheese and it really complemented the tast of the sun-dried tomatoes. A keeper!
