This was a very easy recipe. I recommend using 2 heads of garlic if you are a big garlic fan. I added chicken and mushroms to mine and used a blend of three cheeses as well.. This will definitely be a repeat at our house!!!

What an excellent dish! I added some sauteed mushrooms and chicken. Yummy! This dish was better than most comperable meals that restaurants offer. Thanks for sharing it. It has been added to my dinner rotation!!

Excellent. I made the roasted garlic but used Rosemary Roasted Garlic to add rosemary to it as it roasted. This was delicious, the pepper i used was freshly cracked multicolor pepper. My figure will never forgive you :)

Awesome garlic sauce!!!! Its essential to roast the garlic. DO NOT use raw garlic, there is no substituting the roasted garlic texture and garlic roasted richness. It tasted great with the fresh store bought tortellini. Thank you loads for your posting.

I made this with a chicken/proscuitto tortellini, and it was excellent. I roasted the garlic the day before, so this was very quick and easy to prepare. I did use a 9 oz. package of tortellini and cut the other ingredients in half. It worked perfectly. Thanks yooper!

I love your recipes Yooper & this one didn't disappoint. I just fixed it to go with Grilled Shrimp mmmmm (recipe 32833)and Spinach Salad With Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette (recipe 58813) and Garlic Texas Toast. Wow!
